Scheduling your appointment
- Book your appointment 8-9 months before your big day. Most dresses have a delivery time of 4-5 months and so that the adjustment process can be stress-free, we need at least another three months to tailor your dress perfectly.
- Express orders are possible up to 3 months before the wedding, but require an appropriate fee. This is determined by the label.
- We are open by appointment only. You have one and a half hours and can try on as many dresses as you want.
- The first consultation costs 45 CHF and is non-refundable upon purchase. If for whatever reason you must cancel your appointment, we would appreciate if you could do so at least 24 hours prior. Appointments not cancelled within this timeframe will be subject to a cancellation fee of 45 CHF. Your understanding and cooperation are greatly appreciated.
- In order to be perfectly prepared for your appointment, we recommend:
- Please do not take more than 2-3 accompanying people with you. Too many opinions can quickly become overwhelming. The day should be all about the bride and should be as relaxed as possible.
- We kindly request anyone present to refrain from going though the dresses and touching them after the initial viewing with the bride. Please feel free to request to see a dress, and our staff will will be happy to assist you.
- We are big children and dog fans, but ask that you attend your appointments at Hera Zurich without distractions.
- To maintain the pristine condition of our dresses and the store, we kindly request that you refrain from bringing any food or drinks. However, if you’d like to celebrate with some bubbly,
- please feel free to bring your bottle, and we’ll provide glasses for your convenience.
- Ideally, wear simple, skin-colored underwear.
- Please be punctual. That means we are very grateful if you don’t show up earlier or later than a maximum of 10 minutes.
- The dresses cost between 2500-6000 CHF.
- Once or twice a year we painfully part with our samples. These big sales offer the opportunity to buy high-quality designer dresses at a reduced price of up to 70%.
- Most labels allow for personal customization, but we do not offer custom-made items.
- The dresses for fitting can be adjusted to sizes 36-42. Once you have found your dream dress, we will order it for you in the right size and then adapt it perfectly to you.
- The adjustments are not included in the sales price and are very individual. You can also have them made by your own trusted tailor.
